Bienvenido and Welcome!

I’m really happy that you’re here and thinking about the next steps you want to take for bettering yourself and your mental health. As a bilingual social worker and therapist, I aim to be inclusive and inviting to anyone from any walk of life.

I have experience with the entire life range from ages as young as 5 to our wise individuals at the age of 65. I previously worked in crisis units, psychiatric hospitals, Community Action Teams (CAT) providing intensive services to families, rapid response teams, and public school systems.

My professional experience includes:

  • Anxiety and depression in children, adolescents, and families

  • Bilingual therapy (English and Spanish)

  • Issues associated with biculturalism

  • First- and second-generation Americans

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • High parental expectations

  • Grief and loss

Education and Background:

I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (SW26009) in the state of FL and I am in the process of attaining licensure in the state of GA.

I’ve also attained additional training in working with children and adolescents dealing with depressive and anxious symtpoms.

I graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Welfare, and from the University of North Florida with a Master of Social Work.
